IOA Telecom is part of the greater Insurance Office of America family which started in 1988.
The Telecom division began in 1996 when Bruce Eades turned his attention and efforts towards catering to the needs of the telecom industry. There was a need for expert risk consultation in the telecom industry and the practice was built off the principle of serving as a trusted advisor.
25+ years later, IOA Telecom has grown to have 25 team members and serves over 200 clients across the nation.

Dennis has been in the Insurance Industry for over 22 years as a commercial property & casualty producer with a strong emphasis on telecom construction. He focuses on truly getting to know his clients to understand their goals and custom tailor a client specific plan that will ultimately make him a trusted business partner.

Vice President, Commercial Risk AdvisorDJ specializes in safeguarding the interests of telecom businesses, helping his clients navigate the unique challenges and ever-evolving landscape of the industry. He has a strong background in workers’ compensation. His mission is to offer tailored insurance solutions that precisely address the specific needs and vulnerabilities of his clients.

Bruce has been serving the insurance needs for the telecommunications industry for almost 30 years. He consults regularly with telecommunication executives across the country to help them understand how risk management concepts can impact their business and to give them a better understanding of the current commercial property and casualty trends.

Having been on the contractor's side of the business previously, she now uses her experiences to support IOA clients with their risk management programs. Stephanie is passionate about worker safety and is actively involved in initiatives to improve overall industry safety.

Ross and his team partner with business-owners to help position themselves for long-term success by tailoring custom Property and Casualty Insurance programs for their needs and desires. His team's focus on specific industry sectors has enabled them to cultivate a deep understanding of their clients' operations and risks.

Risk AdvisorDavid graduated from the Brock School of Business at Samford University with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Risk Management. David uses his background to advise clients on the best ways to mitigate risk through several strategies in conjunction with insurance.
